Launch a fund, or take a seat on one.
Tell us who you are.
The desk is invitation-only. A fund on Canton is run by its own parties, each signing from its own systems, so a seat is issued to a named person at a named firm, never to an account anybody can create. Say who you are, which fund or token you work with, and what you want to do. A person reads every request the same day and replies by e-mail.

What happens next
- A person reads it, the same day. There is one of us, and every request is read, not filtered.
- If a seat makes sense, we reply from hello@etpfoundry.com with the fund, the seat and what it signs. If it does not yet, we say so and why.
- Your address goes on the roster and you sign in with Google. Your seat’s conditions, the numbers it sends and your API key are on your own page.
- You shadow-run on Canton DevNet first: test actions, labelled indicative, before anything relies on your signature.
Not sure which seat?
Each party page says what you get, what you sign and what happens without you: fund sponsors · token issuers · fund administrators · market makers · lenders · custodians.
Launching a fund rather than taking a seat? Choose “Fund sponsor” above, or read Launch a fund and How it works. Seats are free: the parties who sign never pay and are never paid.
What we will tell you honestly
No outside party holds a fund seat yet. Every NAV and servicing action on Canton DevNet today is signed by seats ETP Foundry itself operates, and each is labelled that way. DevNet assets have no money value. ETP Foundry is not authorised or registered in any jurisdiction.
If you are evaluating us as a vendor, ask for the controls register: it lists every control a risk team asks about, including the ones not in place.
Prefer e-mail? Write to hello@etpfoundry.com with the same four things: who you are, your firm, the fund or token, and what you want to do.
