Documents

A benchmark is a number plus the rules that produced it, published in advance. This is that set. Every document is versioned, and superseded versions stay published so the trajectory is visible.

Status. Every document below is a draft at version 0.1. No benchmark has been published for commercial use, no committee has been convened, and no value has been struck. These rules are written before the numbers exist, which is the order that makes them rules.

Listed so the gaps are visible rather than discovered.

  • Oversight committee minutes — published in summary after each quarterly meeting. None has been held.
  • Constituent venue list — the criteria are in the rulebook §4.0; no venue has been admitted.
  • Independent assurance — an external audit against the IOSCO principles, when a licensee requires one.

How these change

A methodology change is proposed on-ledger, requires the same K of N as a fixing, and takes effect after five business days’ notice — thirty days for a material change, with written notice to every licensee. No change is ever retroactive, and every published value carries the rulebook version that produced it.
